Delivery Policy

We partner with reliable third-party delivery services, including but not limited to Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, Evri, and DHL. Our commitment is to dispatch your order on time, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has left our premises.

Delivery Options

  • Standard UK Delivery (£3.99): Available on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days.

  • Next-Day UK Delivery (£6.99): Available for orders placed before 1 PM GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1 PM GMT (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays or strike days) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Responsibility

We remain responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered. In cases where a parcel is reported as missing or lost, we will follow the specific claims procedure of the relevant courier. Claim processing timelines vary by courier and may take between 2 to 6 weeks. If the courier declares the item lost, we will provide a suitable resolution.

Since the onset of Covid-19, Royal Mail no longer obtains signatures upon delivery. If an item appears delivered but was not received, it may have been signed by the postal worker on your behalf. We recommend checking with household members and immediate neighbors.

Evri typically leaves parcels in a safe location and provides photographic evidence of the delivery. If your tracking status shows a completed delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, please refer to the tracking number for further information and check any safe places indicated by the courier.
